DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

We do suggest having a bridal appointment so you can have your own fitting room and viewing area for you and your group. You will also have a bridal consultant to help you with the gowns you want to try on. Here’s how you can setup your appointment:

WHO TO BRING WITH ME?

We have different viewing areas to accommodate different sizes of groups. However, we recommend the less the better. Sometimes a lot of opinions when you are fresh in the shopping process can present challenges or create an overwhelming experience that should be exciting and memorable.

HOW MUCH TO SPEND?

Select the budget you want to spend on your gown before dress shopping. Our gowns range from $1000-$3000. Most gowns range from $1499-$1799. We also have sample sale which are off the rack gowns starting at $399. The Knot also offers a great wedding budget calculator.

HOW FAR OUT SHOULD I SHOP?

We recommend purchasing your dress 1 year in advance. From order date until final pickup after altering, the process can take 6-8 months. Wedding planning can be a stressful time with so much to plan, so give yourself extra time to really enjoy the experience of bridal gown shopping! However, we also have rush options for quick wedding dates and have off the rack options to purchase for a super rush. We do our best to work with each bride no matter her timeline.

HOW LONG ARE APPOINTMENTS?

  • 1st Time Bridal Appointment – 1.5 hours
  • 2nd Time Bridal Appointment – 1 hour (please specify if more time is needed)
  • Bridesmaids Appointment – 1 hour (If 3 or more bridesmaids are trying on please request more time)
  • Bridal Accessory Appointment – 1 hour
  • Flower Girl Appointment – 30 minutes

WHAT TO BRING WITH ME?

You can bring a strapless bra if you would prefer and we suggest wearing a neutral color underwear to avoid showing through on gowns that are little more sheer or lightweight fabric. Other than that, we have heels to try on and a pedestal for height. We allow photos, so feel free to snap pics of your favorite gowns. If you are coming alone, your consultant is happy to be your maid of honor for the day, and take the shots for you!

HOW LONG DOES A BRIDAL GOWN TAKE TO COME IN?

4-6 months depending on the designer. We also have rush options and off the rack as well.

CAN GOWNS BE SHIPPED?

Yes, we will provide a quote first and can ship anywhere in the world once we are given the shipping address to provide the most accurate quote.

DO YOU HAVE PLUS SIZE GOWNS AVAILABLE?

Yes, we do and can send you a list via email of style #’s, sizes and prices at your request. Email us at info@dianasbridalboutique.com to have the list sent to you!

HOW DO I PAY?

We accept cash, check, and all credit cards for any new orders. We require minimum 50% down payment to process your new order. The balance is then due within 10 days of your order arriving. You can make payments as frequently as you like or pay in full. Check payments cannot be used for sample sale gowns sold off the rack or for bridal gown balances. This is to ensure a check clears prior to the merchandise leaving our store or being altered. Sample sale gowns are marked down 50% or more of the original cost and are sold off the rack therefore require full payment at time of purchase. There are no holds for sample sale gowns as they are sold on a first come first serve basis.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

All sales are final. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, there are no refunds or exchanges.
